Measure your security culture, using input straight from your employees
Every organization has a security culture. By analyzing and measuring yours, you can improve the culture and minimize the risk of breaches.
What is CyberPilot Security Culture?
The CyberPilot Security Culture is a service based on a short anonymous survey with 10 questions. It helps you understand how your employees feel about IT security and what influences their behavior.
- We collect the data to measure employee perceptions of the company's cybersecurity

How are you working with your security culture?
Security culture is a critical but often overlooked aspect of cyber security.
For example:
- How comfortable are your employees with admitting mistakes?
- How highly would they rate management support for IT security?
- How responsible do they feel for protecting your organization from cyberattacks?
- Do they feel like they have time to prioritize security?
This service will help you gain insights into your IT security and base initiatives on data rather than gut feelings.
Continous measurements ensure an ongoing dialogue with your entire organization, minimizing the risk of security breaches and maximizing the effectiveness of your IT security efforts. This service keeps the dialogue going by conducting measurements twice a year.
Is awareness training the same thing as CyberPilot Security culture?
The short answer is NO. However, you get the most effect out of your awareness training by having a good security culture. Employees should learn when they need to be on guard and what actions to take. They should also have the right conditions to succeed. This is where culture comes in.
"When there is both awareness and the right culture, we actually see our customers succeed in creating a strong defense." - Julie Dolleris, product owner of CyberPilot Security Culture
