We don’t just plan – we execute.
If you’re driven to make
things happen,
you’ll thrive here.

Yeah, yeah, sounds great...
But what do the
employees actually think?

One of the best things about CyberPilot is the strong focus on employee well-being.
The open culture encourages feedback, respects individual needs, and values work-life balance.
We work in a supportive atmosphere, where we help, recognize, and celebrate each other's achievements, both big and small.

One cool thing about working at CyberPilot is the freedom.
We have ambitious goals, but how we get there is not set in stone.
I can do it in whatever way I think is best.
As long as I scope my project, get input from colleagues, and make sure to evaluate what works and why.

The work environment here is really safe. There's a kind of "no questions asked" culture. If you have a private appointment or just need a walk, there's no questions asked. There's trust that you will meet deadlines and take full ownership of your time.
And everyone, regardless of experience or title, is equally important here, which also creates a safe and great space to work in.

The CyberPilot Norms

Being a good person & team player

Not everyone can become a pilot!
It requires a genuine commitment to being a good person and positively contributing to our culture. We take our pilots seriously, prioritizing their well-being as a fundamental aspect of our success.

Passion to win

We want to see fire in the eyes and the desire to win – both as an individual and as a team. This looks like, e.g., someone who demonstrates drive, goes above and beyond to achieve goals, collaborates effectively, shows respect, supports others, maintains a positive attitude, and prioritizes team success over personal ego.

Data-driven

We look at data to set goals, measure, and evaluate progress. Quantitative data is used to present arguments and assess progress. It helps us to separate personal opinions from our analysis and challenge assumptions. For deeper insights, we rely on qualitative data, like customer feedback and interviews, to provide a fuller picture.

Ownership

We're looking for someone who takes full ownership of their tasks and responsibilities, acting like the owner of an independent shop. They maintain clear structure, keeping tasks and projects updated in relevant systems. They make necessary decisions within their scope, always in CyberPilot’s best interest, and understand the value of seeking input when needed.

Openness

This means being open when receiving feedback and also being able to have honest, transparent, and candid conversations. It could look like, e.g., welcoming input, actively seeking and providing feedback, considering diverse perspectives, and even challenging existing practices. We listen respectfully, ensuring all voices are heard and valued.

Speed

We like making things happen! To do this, you have to be able to plan less and iterate more. We focus on action as more important than perfection, pushing tasks forward and taking the next step.
This looks like, e.g., working in short cycles, seeking feedback to fail fast, learning quickly, and adapting. Mistakes are embraced as part of the learning process.

Our culture

  • Life at CyberPilot
  • Flexible hours and remote work

At CyberPilot, our daily work is a blend of tackling tasks on the computer, Teams meetings, and collaborating across teams on various projects.

You have the freedom to plan your work days in a way that fits your life.

We focus on results, not hours, so you decide when to be in the office and how to achieve your goals.

At CyberPilot, every employee is a pilot – fast, focused, and committed to making cybersecurity our highest priority. Each pilot takes full ownership of their responsibilities, seeks input from colleagues, and makes data-driven decisions to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

Thanks to this culture of ownership, we offer flexibility in how we approach tasks and plan our workdays, whether from home or in the office.

What we can offer

Flexible working hours and remote work

Work from home, in the office, or even remotely on occasion. We believe in trust-based work – organize your schedule as you see fit. We celebrate results, not hours spent working.

Employee well-being

We take our pilots seriously, prioritizing their well-being as a fundamental aspect of our success. Every month, each employee has a one-on-one with their nearest leader.

Pension savings and health insurance

At CyberPilot, we offer pension savings and health insurance! Enjoy 5% company pension contributions, health insurance, and flexible investment options via Nordnet.

Belonging

We strive to create a sense of belonging where you feel heard and seen, both professionally and personally. A place with no hierarchy.

Take a break

Remember to take small breaks.
Take time for a walk, a coffee, or even a game of darts if needed. At CyberPilot, most employees take a walk through the city after lunch

Social

We have quarterly Friday bars and team events, as well as a summer party and a Christmas party.
We also enjoy a morning run in the sun, a swim in the ocean, or a paddle game together.

Hiring process

Just as we are different as human-beings, our recruitment process will be tailored to each individual job.

Here's what you can expect from the process with us, at a minimum:

31-1
  • We review all candidates and always provide feedback within a month.
  • Should we proceed with you, People & Culture will reach out for a screening to get to know you better.
  • If you're a match, you'll meet with People & Culture and the hiring manager. Over 2-3 weeks, expect 1-2 interviews, a case, and a personality test. We ensure transparency by keeping you updated on the next steps and timeline.
  • The chemistry was there, you have the skill set, and we feel the motivation both ways! No doubt, we’ll call to extend the job offer and discuss the practical details.
  • After you’ve signed the contract, you’ll be connected to People & Culture, who will ensure that you have everything you need before your first day of work.
  • On your first day, we’ll welcome you with breakfast, introduce you to the team, provide your equipment, and begin your year-long onboarding.

We prioritize our pilots' well-being, offering flexibility in how and where they work, empowering them to shape a meaningful day.

We look forward to hearing from you!
