Send your CyberPilot emails from a custom domain

We can help you set up the emails so they come from a domain of your choice.

Requirement: Whitelisting

To prevent the emails from being blocked or marked as spam, you must ensure that our sending IP address is whitelisted in all of your systems.

You need to whitelist the IP address 3.78.148.39 in all of your systems, e.g.:
  • Firewalls

  • Email gateways

  • Access control lists (ACLs)

  • Any other security filters or protection layers

You should also configure the following SPF record for the domain you wish to send through:

v=spf1 ip4:3.78.148.39 -all

This helps verify that CyberPilot is authorized to send emails using the domain, reducing the risk of messages being flagged as spam or rejected by receiving servers.

How to set it up

Once you have whitelisted and configured the SPF record, your Customer Success Manager will set up the rest. You just need to send the following information to your Customer Success Manager:

  • Sender Name
The name that will appear as the sender of the emails.

  • Sender Email (required)
The email which will appear as the sender.

  • Host (required)
The SMTP server address and port number that will be used to send the emails.

  • Username and Password
If the SMTP server requires authentication, a username and password must be provided.

And that's it!
