How To Use Your CyberPilot Free Trial

Welcome! We're glad you're here :) In this article, we'll show you how to get the most out of your free trial.

What you get access to with your free trial

During your free trial period, you can fully explore our platform and services, like: 

  • Awareness Training
  • Phishing Training
  • Policy Management
  • Account & User Management
  • Integrations, e.g., APIs
  • Reporting

 

Explore our full course catalogue and preview courses

You can see all of the courses we have to offer and preview the courses to see how your users would experience it. To do this: 

  1. Go to the "Awareness" menu
  2. Click "Courses"

 

See our phishing simulation templates

You can see the real phishing emails, landing pages, and redirect pages we use in simulations. To explore our catalogue of phishing emails: 

  1. Go to the "Phishing" menu
  2. Click "Campaigns"
  3. Click "Campaign catalogue" 

 

Use the policy management feature

You can upload your own guidelines, like an IT security policy or emergency response guideline, and then enroll them to your users. Then, you can see who has actually completed which guidelines. 

  1. Go to the "Own Materials" menu
  2. Click "create new"
  3. After you have saved the material, you can see how it would look to a user. Just click "Preview"

 

Create users and give them training

You might be interested to share CyberPilot with your colleagues. You can create as many users as you'd like within your account.

To create them: 

  1. Go to the "Users" menu
  2. Create user(s) manually or via import

Note: any users you create will not get an email from CyberPilot until you have enrolled training to them, much you must do manually. 

 

To assign them training: 

  1. Go to the "Awareness" menu and click on "Training planner"
  2. Create a training or onboarding plan and add courses or your own guidelines to it
  3. Save the training plan
  4. On the day of enrollment, your users will get emails with login information and notifying them that they have been assigned training

 

Switch between your admin and user roles

You can easily switch between your admin view and your user view. In the top right corner, just click "Go to user" or "Go to admin" to switch views.
