It's possible to import CyberPilot's courses into an LMS you are already using. Here's how it works.
When you use your own LMS (Learning Management System) to distribute CyberPilot's courses, you use our platform differently than most of our customers.
Instead of adding your users to the CyberPilot App and enrolling material to them there, you will have an account where you can preview courses and request that some are sent to you. Then, you can distribute the courses via your preferred LMS.
Your Customer Success Manager will guide you through the process. Here's an overview of how it works.
Logging in to the CyberPilot App
You will get a welcome email with information on how to login to the CyberPilot app.
When you log in, you will be able to see the courses available to your account.
Just go to "Awareness" then "Courses" and you'll see a list of all the courses you have access to. You can click into courses to see more about each of them.
How you'll know when a new course is available for you
You will get an email every time a new course is available. Typically, this is every two months, when we release a new course.
The email will have a link to the CyberPilot App, where you can take a look at the course.
How to preview courses
You might want to read about a course, or take it yourself, before requesting the course from us. You can do that by clicking into a specific course from the "Courses" page and then clicking on "Preview Course."
Then, you can decide if you want to use the course in your training.
How to get courses into your own LMS
To get the course, just reach out to your Customer Success Manager and let them know. They will send you the course file via a download link.
And from there, it's all up to you to import the course to your LMS and enroll it to your users.
Now, some of the specific details
It's not possible to enroll our courses via both your own LMS and our platform
We don't have a hybrid solution, so you have to choose if you want to use our app or your own LMS. It's better for your reporting and simpler for you to administer if you stay in just one system.

The files will be continuously updated
We often make small changes to our courses, or make the courses available in other languages. The file link we share with you enables immediate and continuous changes.
This means that the changes we make will take effect immediately in your own LMS, with no additional file sharing needed.
You get multiple languages in one course file
We'll send you a file that has all the languages. Your users will simply select their preferred language before taking the course.
